8+ years in software development and IT business analysis
15+ years in the tech industry overall
Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills

Your Mission:
Own all aspects of the Sub Product

backlog, quality, delivery
Be the first point of contact for your product and its applications
Prioritise, plan, and handle escalations efficiently
Guide your team toward production stability and high performance
Communicate directly with the Product Owner in Germany and Delivery Manager in South Africa
Mentor, coach, and support your team while building a strong team culture
Proactively remove impediments and plan ahead with a strategic mindset
Engage with business departments as a true partner
