Position: Email Marketing Specialist

About the role: We are looking for a Email Marketing Specialist in Cape Town with strong technical skills in HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, along with prior experience in email campaign management. You should also be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and have the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Design (using the design template) and Code responsive text and image-based emails for various promotional, life cycle, and transactional campaigns using the HTML and CSS email oriented best practices - with a focus on code reusability.
• Organize and coordinate digital assets for email campaigns, updating existing HTML templates or creating new ones.
• Ensure every email campaign is of the highest quality and aligned with the visions and goals of key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the existing team to suggest methods of improvement, assist with difficult aspects of campaigns, and create and present intermittent reports pertaining to the email team.
• Campaign management
o Manage deadlines and campaign requirements together with Creative Execution (primary) and QA campaign canvases (secondary)
• Campaign design
o Customise and deploy HTML email templates throughout the production cycle (primary) Provide support for push and inapp campaigns (secondary)
Minimum Requirements:
• Live in Cape Town (office located in Southern Suburbs)
• Set up to work from home when required
• Ability to comfortably edit and customise HTML
• Ability to work with Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma Prior experience in email campaign management
• Strong time management
• Actively wants to collaborate Ability to work under pressure
• Interested in streaming video, local entertainment, sport Advantageous
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
