The coordinator isresponsible for the planning, scheduling,reporting, control and active management of field teams tasked to technicalservices, repairs, installation, maintenance and operation oftelecommunications systems. Designs, implements and maintains client’s networkto support voice and data communications.
Duties & Responsibilities
Effectivelymanaged FME’s and their availability in the network across a 24/7 networkand resource availability model.
Planned work,schedule, action and track issued work orders.
Monitoring ofteams working hours.
Provide ongoingand precise reporting to client, customer and all internal departmentsthat you liaise with.
Oversee allocatedoperations to ensure client-satisfaction, project continuity, and internalconsistency.
Pass on criticaland operational information to system users, field tech’s and provideongoing technical and operational support to teams working in the network.
Coordinate andfacilitate internal technical training and upskilling on an ongoing basis.
Develop projectschedules, plans, and processes, and ensure they live up to company andproject standards.
Adhere to andmaintain commercial budget and expenditure planning and allowable. Job Requirements

Minimum 2years’ experience in Telecoms Field Management and within Corrective Maintenance preferred. Previous Field experience within the telecom’s maintenance environment would be very beneficial.
Knowledge ofspecialized testing equipment (Site Master, 3 ZAlligner, Pim Test, Power metersetc.)
Confidentlycomputer literate and able to communicate proficiently and professionally in English in written and verbal form.
Overallprofessional standard of conduct and presentation.
Knowledge andexperience with relevant Telecoms Sector mobile smart phone-based software andcommunication systems.
RF/RAN aswell as MW/transmission knowledge and experience.
Telecomssector Huawei and/or Ericsson equipment knowledge and experience.
