We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate division at Marsh. This role will be based in Sandton on a hybrid basis and requires working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: Engage daily with clients regarding claims, underwriting, and renewals. Ensure claims underwriting and technical delivery standards are implemented and maintained. Ensure renewals are completed promptly. Ensure premium collection complies with regulatory requirements. Cross-sell opportunities: Market all products and services available within Marsh Africa to clients as appropriate. Stay updated with local insurance markets. Build and maintain sound working relationships with other functional business units. Ensure familiarity and compliance with all company policies, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of appropriate experience in the Corporate sales and client service environment with a results-driven mindset. FSCA-recognized qualification. FAIS fit and proper certification. Experience in Corporate Insurance Brokerage. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Strong administration and self-management skills. Preferred qualities: Passionate about customer service, energetic, enthusiastic, disciplined, people-oriented. Demonstrates strong teamwork skills. Self-starter and initiator qualities. Proven track record of exceeding expectations. Willingness to collaborate within a multinational network and global company. Creative thinking and positive attitude.
