Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
Must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer.
Must have at least 15 years of experience in design, site supervision and contract documentation of various civil engineering projects.
Must have expertise in the planning design and contract administration of roads, sewerage systems, water systems, and stormwater systems.
Must be proficient in Civil 3 D software.
Must have experience with project management of Expanded Public Works type projects.
Must have knowledge of Municipal infrastructural civil designs.
