Food & Beverage Manager required for new Restaurant in Umhlanga. Candidates with 8+ years F&B management experience will be considered. Person will be responsible for overall food & beverage operations, will manage all stock and purchasing. Main duties will include stock control and all stock related administration. Looking for a strong communicator and someone with exceptional organizing skills. Must be skilled in health and safety and have the ability to work under pressure. Applicants must be skilled in liquor and food stock control. Experience in a multi bar, kitchen venue beneficial. Must be energetic and passionate about hospitality. Salary R 15 – 20 K.
