Job Description To administer the offloads process including handover from Production, printing of documentation invoicing and various other admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities Handover from Offloads to Despatch Data Capture all Offloads administration.
Offloads receipts to be processed and captured.
Trays / returns to be processed and captured.
Updating Staff registers Assisting with stock recon.
Assist with customer complaints.
Adhere and Comply to Food Safety & Health and Safety requirements.
Qualification Requirements Grade 12 with numerical skills Experience Requirements At least 2-3 years' bakery industry experience in a similar position inthe FMCG environment Other Requirements Pressurised environment Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per roster Required to work on a rotational shift basis and overtime when required.
Will be required to work until last truck is completed offloading Key Outputs Organisational understanding In-house systems Business processes, rules, and procedures In-house systems (DRM, GP10 & GP2015)Communication – written, verbal.
