About the role:

As an Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of the Company through general administrative tasks, managing our Hub Spot and Calendly platforms, and executing social media initiatives. This position does not involve client-facing responsibilities, but rather focuses on internal operations and online engagement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
⭕ Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.
⭕ Maintain and optimize the Hub Spot CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient workflows.
⭕ Manage the scheduling platform Calendly to coordinate appointments and events seamlessly.
⭕ Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts, to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.

Working hours: Mon-Friday, Hours are flexible, preferably mornings.

Minimum Requirements:
☑ Matric / Senior Certificate.
☑ 1-2 years experience in administrative roles, demonstrating organizational and time management skills.
☑ Proficiency in using Hub Spot CRM and Calendly scheduling software.
☑ Strong understanding of social media platforms, such as Facebook and Linked In, with the ability to create content and navigate social media management tools.
☑ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
☑ Ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines and priorities.

Remuneration: R6000 - R7000 pm
