Essential Requirements:
Completed SAIPA Articles + Professional Accountant Registration BCom Accounting or related degree Minimum 10 years of corporate accounting experience Proven team leadership experience NOT a training position - must be fully functional from day one
Key Responsibilities:
Full accounting function (financial statements, GL, AP/AR, budgeting)Stock control and inventory management HR and payroll management SARS returns (VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL, Income Tax)CIPC compliance and submissions Lead and mentor the finance team Process improvement and system automation
Essential Skills:
Pastel Accounting, Excel proficiency SA tax and compliance knowledge Own reliable transport Fluent Afrikaans and English Full-time office commitment
