Job Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage client relationships, working closely with senior executives and key account managers.
Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable campaign execution plans.
Act as the liaison between the senior executive team and the operational execution team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Effectively manage project timelines and oversee the execution of campaigns to meet deadlines.
Deliver insightful campaign results and feedback to clients, ensuring their goals are met.
Strategically optimize campaign performance and communicate optimization requirements to the operations team.
Review and approve all creative work, including emailers, funnels, and copy, to ensure they drive prospect and consumer engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
3-5 years of account management experience within a marketing agency.
Age range: 32-45 years old.
Proven background in a marketing agency environment.
Proficiency in digital automation tools like Zapier or Hub Spot. (not a deciding requirement)
Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm disposition and build cohesive teams.
Strong process-oriented mindset for establishing operational flow within the business.
Tools Proficiency:
Proficiency in a range of campaign and business process tools, automation tools, and social media reporting tools.
Experience with Business Manager META and other relevant software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
