Main role: Establish and maintain business relationships with new and current customers in the electronic engineering & manufacturing industry. Industry: Established electronic engineering company. Qualifications and skills: Completed Grade 12 Suitable technical qualification and/or experience in electronic engineering (Light Current). Two or more years’ exp of account management Computer literate, MS Office, especially in Excel.(Spreadsheets)Ability to liaise with managers, engineers and technical staff. Strong attention to detail and ability to complete projects. Strong sales & relationship building skills Strong aptitude for figures & accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Presentable & groomed Bilingual skills. Valid driver’s license. Own reliable transport Duties and Responsibilities: Establish, develop & maintain business relationships with existing and new customers in the electronic engineering & manufacturing industry. Visit current and prospective customers to maintain and generate new business. Work with members of the sales team Assist design engineers in selecting suitable electronic parts for new designs. Identify and offer replacement parts for existing designs to engineers and buyers. Analyse the market for developing new potential customers. Achieve account growth by effectively marketing all product lines. Supply management with regular verbal or written reports as to customer potential, prospects, new products, competitive activities, requirements, lost orders or any problems that may arise.
