Job Description What you’ll do:You will also be supporting the team to produce memorable and effective campaigns for our clients. All the while building strong relationships with both our clients and internal agency stakeholders. You’ll also be involved in running internal agency projects and tasks, which gives invaluable experience in understanding the many facets that make up and advertising agency.You will be reporting into the agency Client Service Team (Account Director) across multiple clients and multiple disciplines pertaining to the agency brand itself. You need to be able to hit the ground running from day 1, be a self-starter and consistently drive excellence with a keen eye for detail.We’re looking to build something awesome, and for that to happen we need the right people. In other words, we’re going to be really fussy. In fact, the right personality is just as important as the right experience. We’re here to work hard and have fun. Day to day, your role includes:Meet/liaise with clients.Manage a portfolio of accounts.Receive briefs/debriefs on projects.Attend status meetings at various businesses.Keep a detailed list of projects on the go with timelines/deadlines.Compile quotations to be approved by management before sending on to client.Manage projects from start to finish i.e. Follow up with studio/client to ensure deadlines are met.Engage in project management duties.Attend meetings with clients (when required)Maintain good relationships with clients.Assist with writing client reports.Assist with traffic and driving work in studio.Undertake administration tasks related to the client portfolio.QualificationsWe’re looking for a talented Account Executive with impressive work experience, which typically includes:A relevant tertiary qualification.Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Account Executive in an Advertising Agency.Digital & Digital Media Experience is essential.Proficient in MS Word (i.e., Word / Excel / PowerPoint)Well versed in Digital.A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)CRM experience.Strong presentation skills.Strong organizational and administration skills.Strong Strong multi-tasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time)Business savvy with strong numerical skills.Ability to grasp concepts, systems and processesUnderstand customer journeys and mapsAdvantageous:An understanding of Marketing Automation/Technology (Martech)FMCG, retail experienceFinancial services/Insurance account experience
