Position: Account Developer
Commercial
Accountable for the operation of own work area or as part of a team, ensuring quality, standards, and outputs within defined routines and policies.
Job Purpose
To implement a market-driven, differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels, thereby delivering growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage, and corporate reputation.
Key Accountabilities and Outputs

Account Development
Achieve sales and brand volume targets in the identified geography.
Manage prices according to regional recommended selling prices and guidelines.
Execute sales calls following role-specific guidelines.
Implement BTL merchandising aligned with regional marketing plans.
Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries effectively.
Maintain product quality standards.
Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
Verify the condition of company assets, such as refrigeration units.

Qualifications

Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4
Up to 2 years of experience in operational execution within FMCG sales.
Basic PC knowledge or willingness to acquire it.

Communication: Routine communication with customers or clients.
